Good location and delicious food

The room need to improve the sound proofing, you can here the other people on the other because of the connecting door.

Very good breakfast. We specially enjoyed interacting with the staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and courteous. If I get the chance to go back to the hotel i will do it again.

My only disappointment is that I dropped something under the bed and I saw that the dirt is not being swept.

Good lovation

Hot water is inconsistent. It comes out hot and then cold and hot again. Hard to Regulate it.

The location is perfect. Right smack downtown which is great but not so good when it comes to noise and traffic. The room was super clean and the staff very friendly, polite and helpful.

Bummed about the Breakfast. No Tocino or Longaniza - which are traditional kapampangan fare. Had to drive around town to get our Tocino (Cured Pork) fix.

Staff is superb and cleanliness of the hotel.

the breakfast has a an entertaining staffs. some of the staffs in the information are soo pleasing they greet well and soo hot in the morning. unlike to woman I always encounter , She's soo pretty long hair skinny but when I ask something She's this soo unkind . I like the housekeeping, they satisfy me. They're soo clean. hospitality: I was just having lunch dates with my family and I ask the staff to call make me a reservation for 23 packs to ”Bale Capampangan” I was soo glad they just made it for me. thanx to you Mister staff dont know the name.

the phone: They just say "I'm sorry Mam, the phone is broken and we can not change it into new one. " And, when you ask something the staff of information (woman) we're she is lining her back in the wall while I'm asking something. She did not even say "good afternoon Mam" for the first impression. Then, the toilet flushing stuff is malfunctioning. soo I have to go out and go to the lobby toilet to satisfy my ass. the aircon has a bad smell. and when I opened it its full of dust. and wash is because my aircon is soo similar to theirs. but still smells bad. checking out: booking.com approved me to stay until 19:00 without an extra charge so I chose tje hotel for that cause. but the propertycharge me a halfday rate . and I told them to send me a staff at 19:00 . No staff came no one to carry all my stuffs. Actually I was the one and my husband carried all the stuffs.

It was a pretty hotel

The beds were like sleeping on concrete. The staff accidentally broke my Christmas lantern by plugging a 110 into a 220 plug and then got it fixed but made me pay for it. 600 pesos they should have not made me pay for. It also took them two hours after check out to get a new one for me.

The hot water kept in going hot then cold even when already regulated.

Upon check in even if we have the voucher, the reservation was not on the system. The front desk staff has to search their records. Only 1 key card was given for 2 guests which is impractical if the other person carrying the card is nowhere in he vicinity, the other guest is left frustrated. The bed is small for a couple.

Operate like a hotel class and not some cheap motel.

Small hotel, not crowded, convenient, the staff everywhere from the reception, restaurants, housekeeping, guards, engineers are very friendly! The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious, updated, and modern. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and would stay there again.

Parking space behind. And the Security guards smiled more than the reception. Nice elevator.

For the more expensive room I paid for room 201 - the toilet bowl was not properly working, inside the bowl have gray water stains, housekeeping cleanliness is poor, towels was incomplete. I could have taken a photo of the toilet bowl but I dont do that. Street noise is noisy and you can hear the loud music from the lobby. I felt cheated paying more for my room. The room of my sons 203 was match better and cheaper. worth the price for an over night stay. Reception staff needs MORE training to receive guests. Its not expensive to SMILE.
